Pop-Up Wildlife Party

Event Passed
Back to Festival of Nature

This event has now passed, thanks to everyone who took part!

Saturday 2 June, 6:00pm-9:00pm, Green Park Station, Bath, BA1 1JB

Get your dancing shoes on for Festival of Nature – after dark! We’re taking over Green Park Station for a wild party with a difference, where you’ll find performers, artists and new technologies joining forces with conservation organisations to create an evening of wildlife surprises. This ridiculously fun wildlife extravaganza follows on from the Bath Festival of Nature daytime event.

6:00 – 7:30pm – Djaami

“Singing, living and partying in a Mediterranean atmosphere, the band DJAAMI will let you stretch your imagination with their music.”

7:30 – 7:50 – Punk Biologist

Punk Biologist (A.K.A) Lucy Eckersley, is a freelance Science Presenter and standup.

7:50 – 8:00 – The Ridiculously Short Nature Pub Quiz

Lucy Bartlett from Bathscape hosts Green Park Station’s first and shortest nature pub quiz with prizes to be won!

8:00 – 8:20 – Julia Hanlon

“Julia’s atmospheric, cinematic alt/rock/pop is reminiscent of the likes of PJ Harvey and Laura Marling, and her distinctive voice shows that she’s an exciting new talent”

8:30 – 8:40 – Matthew Brierley

Matt’s funny story telling and presentation on the butterflies of the UK!

8:40 – 9:00 – Barnieoke

“A bit like “Extreme Kareoke” – no words (not that you need them anyway) & no song choice – just me, a guitar and YOU! Get ready to sing like you mean it!”
