To support the safety and wellbeing of our visitors, staff and volunteers during the coronavirus social distancing period, Festival of Nature will be making some significant changes to our spring and summer programming.
The Festival will launch a new look programme on April 24th, supporting people to safely access and explore green spaces on their doorsteps as part of the international City Nature Challenge: collaborating with 150+ cities across the world to find and record as much local wildlife as possible over 4 days.
In line with current Government advice we will be shifting our 2020 programme away from large gatherings and moving as much of our programming to digital platforms as possible. As such the annual flagship city centre events in Bristol and Bath will not take place this year, and indoor events are postponed until further notice.
Time outdoors in nature will be vitally important to everyone’s health and wellbeing over the coming weeks and the Festival will be launching a new programme of social distancing friendly activities using online technology to help you connect with nature and each other this spring and summer.
