Kathryn Perera

Kathryn Perera is a barrister, historian, online broadcaster and facilitator, with professional experience across the private, public and social enterprise sectors (in particular social innovation and healthcare).

In her role as Director at NHS Horizons, Kathryn directs and supports the co-design and delivery of national transformation programmes with a projected collective impact in excess of £1.5 billion. NHS Horizons’ work supports leaders at every level of the NHS system in their change efforts, as well as other health bodies (ALBs), government departments and leaders of change in healthcare systems globally.

Kathryn is a US-UK Fulbright Commission Scholar, Visiting Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (2016) and a past Fellow of Practice at the Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford University (2017). She is a Fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (2017-).
