Bridget Williams

Bridget is a Research Director in the Ipsos MORI Social Research Institute, with a specialisms in communications/behaviour change and health and environmental issues.  She works extensively in developing and tracking communications and behaviour change interventions which aim to reduce peak time energy use, improve in-home energy behaviours and install energy efficient home improvements.  She was part of the team evaluating the Green Deal and Energy Company Obligation, and she has also worked on longitudinal surveys of households on behalf of BEIS/Buildings Research Establishment  to track household energy behaviours and link these to energy use, projects to understand and refine indicators of Fuel Poverty and the energy behaviours of fuel poor households, and studies tracking consumer engagement in the domestic energy market.
