BIOSPHERE

BIOSPHERE was a new programme of poetry, literature and spoken word events as part of the Festival of Nature 2014, exploring the role of literature in engaging people with nature, and nature in engaging people with literature.

Two evenings of spoken word and poetry explored the impact of climate change on people and planet, featuring international and local perfomers Lorna Goodison, J Edward Chamberlin, Dean Atta, Steven Duncan, Nick Makoha, Rebecca Tantony, Claire Williamson and David Briggs.

Live poetry took place over the course of Bath Goes Wild and the Wild Weekend in Bristol, with local poets exploring what nature means to them.
