Environmental and conservation organisations at the Festival are invited to run activities and sessions, display materials, sign up new members and volunteers, collect funds and showcase their work and projects.

"We loved being at the event! I was a bit worried about the IMAX showings at first as I was wondering what we would get out of it, however it exposed the Aquarium & IMAX to over 600 people who attended the shows over the 2 days that might not have ever seen a 3D film before or were not even aware that the aquarium is were open.

We gave out vouchers from our tent and we started to see the redemptions on the first day! We offered some great information about the creatures that we have at the aquarium and because it was interactive the kids loved it too.

Being associated with the Festival is a partnership that I hope will flourish each year and as the both the event and the aquarium develop."
