Naturalists
If you are a professional scientist or naturalist, amateur with a good level of ID skills, advanced graduate student, ecological consultant, or, generally, if you have sufficient expertise to find and identify specific and/or general types of organisms within Arnos Vale. One of the main aims of the BioBlitz is to engage school groups and the public in wildlife identification, recording and appreciating the value of Arnos Vale and the wildlfe and we need your help.
Guides
Guides are the backbone of the event and volunteering as a guide provides a great way of learning new skills and tips from the experts. We are looking for guides to explore the site with naturalists, interpret ID keys with members of the public and identify species to the best possible level. This role does not require a high level of expertise: the data collected will be verified by naturalists as necessary. Guide roles may also include generally helping out on the day.

A massive thank you to all of the volunteers who helped out at the 2011 Tyntesfield BioBlitz, so many of you devoted endless time and enthusiasm without which this event would not have been able to take place.
