The National Trust became BNHC's twelth member in 2012 after previously working in close partnership on a number of projects, and is represented on the Steering Group by Anna Russell, General Manager of Tyntesfield. Mike Collins, Senior Press Officer sits on the Communicate Committee, and Bill Morris, who manages the Leigh Woods site, organises the Trust's presence at the Festival of Nature. The National Trust is a conservation charity, working to protect and widen access to historic places and green spaces across the UK.

BNHC has been awarded a four year Heritage Lottery Fund grant to provide training in media and public engagement - we'll be offering 8 paid placements starting from the end of 2010. Find out more.
